WHAT WE ARE ABOUT:
Here at Midland Valley Tree Service, we have a couple of rules for doing business.
-Honor The Lord with every action we do. Whether it is a consultation for Plant Health, or an emergency storm removal. We will do all in our power to Love and Serve our neighbor as Christ served The Church.
-Respect the work. We are no strangers to the seriousness and risk involved in tree service. We know the work can be intimidating to not just the customer, but to our employees as well. That’s why we approach each job with respect and serious safety planning to ensure success throughout the process.
-Serve the customer. We believe that we are in the service industry. That means we work for you! Whatever your goal is, thats our goal too. We want too help get your questions, concerns and desires accomplished.
-Have joy in our job. Too many times in the Tree Service Industry, it becomes stressful. The work is hard, dangerous and can be at times costly. We strive to always approach every job having a joyful heart, while remembering we GET to do this. It is a blessing to work with our customers on each job.

WHO WE ARE:
Who makes up the Midland Valley Tree Service crew?
First, is the founders, Bob and Calli Turnbough. From tree climbing, to day-to-day operations, these two work to always provide a small family service to the biggest of jobs. With a Christ centered approach to business management, they continue to serve in all aspects of the business ensuring you receive the best performance possible.
Second, the crew! Our crew is unique in this industry. We are community and sustainability focused. We have a deep and fervent love of service and support efforts to continue to promote a healthy ecosystem in our area. They often do this job out of a love and passion for the work, as well as for the thrill of the job itself. (There’s nothing like being 60 feet in the air, hanging from a rope with a big ole chainsaw!)
Finally, YOU! That’s right, here at Midland Valley we consider the customer part of the team. Not because we expect you to do any of the heavy lifting. But rather because your vision, desire, and goals are the whole reason we are doing the job! We always strive to include our customers in the decision making process in job planning to ensure you get every part of what you are paying for!
